CasesTracker allows you to build a case team of those who are working together on a case. This team consists of your colleagues, both within or outside of your firm, including specialists, temporary assistants, paralegals and other attorneys. Only those who are members of the case team are permitted to access or update the case record.
When a team member no longer needs access to the case, you can remove that member from the case team. This might be a temporary assignee, whose service is concluded, or it might be staff member who is leaving the firm.
To remove a member from the case team, open the Add Member case page and remove the check mark next to the member’s name. Then submit the change to CasesTracker. The member will no longer have access to the case, although all previous work by that member will remain as a permanent part of the case record.
This is a protection against unauthorized access to the case details and information, ensuring that your case remains confidential as it moves forward.
